O0 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, adopting by reference cer-
tain Sections of the Appendix to the
Uniform Building Code, 1970 Edition,
Volume I; and providing for the filing
of three (3) copies thereof with the
Kent City Clerk.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is adopted upon the effective date of
this Ordinance and upon the filing of three (3) copies of the
following described code in the office of the Kent City Clerk,
Chapters 13, 49 and 70 of the Appendix to that certain code known
as the Uniform Building Code, 1970 Edition, Volume I.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication, as provided by law.
