AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, creating in the office of the City
Treasurer an Alcoholic Programs Fund.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby created in the office of
the City Treasurer a fund to be known as the Alcoholic Programs
Fund.
Section 2. All monies deposited into said Fund shall
be used for alcoholic rehabilitation programs and shall be dis-
bursed at the direction of the City Council.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication as provided by law.
