AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash- ington, authorizing expenditure of SIX THOU- SAND (6,000) DOLLARS from the unbudgeted, un- expended balance in the Park Department Fund for the purpose of paying for Mill Creek Drainage Basin Study as previously authorized. WHEREAS, the City Council by motion duly made, seconded and passed at a regular meeting on May 1, 1972, authorized the City to contract with Wilsey and Ham for an ecological environ- mental study of Mill Creek at a cost of SIX THOUSAND (6,000) DOLLARS, and WHEREAS, no specific provision has been made for pay- ment for said study, NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the un - budgeted unexpended balance of the Park Department Fund, the sum of SIX THOUSAND (6,000) DOLLARS to pay for an ecological environ- mental study of Mill Creek by Wilsey and Ham in accordance with the contract previously entered into. Section 2.
