ORDINANCE NO. 1778
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, amending the 1972 Budget allocating
unbudgeted, unexpended balance to the Sewer
Fund, and increasing the amount previously
budgeted in the Sewer Fund.
Section 1. Purchase Orders and Contracts entered into
and budgeted for the year 1971 but not expended during said bud-
get year in the Sewer Department is hereby declared to be the
amount of SIX THOUSAND (6,000) DOLLARS.
Section 2. There is hereby added to the Sewer Depart-
ment Budget for 1972 the amount of SIX THOUSAND (6,000) DOLLARS.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication as provided by law.
