AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash—
ington, designating, as authorized by RCW
430$0.100, ET SEQ., the National Bank of
Commerce of Seattle, Washington, to act as
fiscal agent for. the City of Kent, subject to
all of the regulations of said statutes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENT, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authorization contained in
RCW 43.$0.110, the National Bank of Commerce of Seattle, Wash—
ington, is hereby designated as fiscal agent for the City of
Kent for payment of bonds and coupons thereof, all in accord—
ance with the requirements of RCW 43o800lOO, et. seq.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect five days from and after its passage by the Council and
publication as required by law.
