ii AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, creating a fund known as East Valley
Construction Fund, UAB 8-1106-9 and providing I
for transfer of money into said Fund.

j THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
,ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby created a special fund of
,the City of Kent to be known as the East Valley Construction Fund,
UAB 8-1106-9. i

! Section 2. There is hereby appropriated to said Fund
Ithe sum of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) DOLLARS which the Treasurer
is hereby directed to transfer from the Unbudgeted Unexpended
ii I Balance within the Street Fund.
Section 3. Monies may also be allocated to the Fund by
budgetary appropriation in the same manner as monies are budgeted
from any other fund of the City.
Section 4. Monies may also be received into the Fund
from UAB, Forward Thrust or other agencies.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
