AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, fixing the tax levy therein
for the year 1971.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Levy:
There shall be and there is hereby levied against the
property in the City of Kent, Washington, a municipal tax for the
year 1971 for the purpose and in the sums following, to -wit:
For the Current Expense Fund, for the purpose of paying
the general expenses of the municipal government:

City Hall, Fire Bond Interest and
Redemption (Limits #1 and #2 - 158,809,068)

Section 2. Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
