AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, approving a plat of a portion

of land in said City, under the name of
"CLIFFORD'S ADDITION".

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON,
DO

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That J. Stanley Clifford and Dorothy
K.
Clifford have submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat
of
8
the following described land, in said City, and located in
the
9
County of King, State of Washington, and more fully describ
ed
10
as follows:
This proposed plat of "Clifford's Addition" to
11
the City of Kent, King County, Washington
comprises the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
12
of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 19, T22N, R. 5 E., W.M.;
EXCEPT the W 144' thereof; and EXCEPT the
13
N 75' of the S 105' of the E 130' thereof; and
EXCEPT that portion of the E 168' thereof lying
14
N of the S 105' thereof; and EXCEPT the N
172.93' of that portion thereof lying W of the
15
E 394.87' thereof and E of the W 144' thereof;
and EXCEPT roads of record. More particuparly
16
described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of Sec. 19, T22N,
17
R. 5 E., W.M.; thence S 89154'47" W along the
N line thereof 825.32'; thence S 1°4926"

W 36.02' to the True Point of Beginning;
THENCE continue S 1°49126" W 187.88'; thence

75.03'; thence N 89°58'15" E 115.061; thence

True Point of Beginning,
23 and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
24 said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the. time
25 required by law, the City Council, after due consideration there-
of, and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the
26 5th day of January, 1970, finds that said plat conforms to all the
27 legal requirements and that due provision has been made for all
28 streets and alleys and for other public necesssities and
convenience and also finds that the plight of the applicants
29 is unique.
30 Section 2. That said plat of "CLIFFORD'S ADDITION"
31 be and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk
are authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully

1 inscribed thereon under their proper, official signatures with the
seal of the City of Kent.
2 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
3 force five days from and after its passage, approval and
4 publication, as provided by law.
