�. AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to license fees for
security business; amending Section 5.23.100 of
i the Kent City Code. (Ordinance 2387)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Kent City Code 5.23.100 is hereby amended as
follows:
5.23.100 LICENSE - FEES. Fees for licenses under the
provisions of this chapter are fixed as follows:
(a) Class A License --$150.00 per year;
(b) Class B License --5 or more registrants -$150.00 per
year;
--4 or ((Fae-Fe)) less registrants -$100. 0
.,per year;
(c) Class C License --$250.00 per year.
There shall be no lower fee, based on number of registrants, for
Class C License.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
iapproval and publication as provided by..�law.
