AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, relating to traffic
speeds upon certain streets within the City of
Kent; amending Sub -section 10.08.08 (1), of the
Kent City Code.��,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. KCC 10.08.08 (1) is amended as follows:
"(1) Pacific Highway South (SR 99) from
a point 530 feet south of the
intersection of South 252nd Street
A ,� to the intersection of Kent Des
`` ' Moines Road ((50)) 45 MPH at all times."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
