AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washing-
ton, amending Section 1 of Ordinance 2178 as
last amended by Ordinance 2249, relating to the
schedule of fees for applications filed with the
Kent Planning Department.
1 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 2178, as last amended
by Ordinance 2249, is amended as follows:
"Section 1. There is hereby established the following
schedule of fees to be paid for applications filed with the City
aof Kent Planning Department:
Rezones, General Variances,
Conditional Uses, Combining
Districts, Planned Unit
Developments.
General Variances and
Sign Variances
Short Plats
Binding Site Plan
Subdivisions
A. Preliminary
B. Final
Shoreline Permits

per acre or fraction
thereof.

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
