AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to public health and sani-
tation; amending Sections 7.08.060 E. (Ordinance
2365 as last amended by Ordinance 2392),
J 7.08.160 G. and I. to provide for use and rates
for front, as well as, rear loading containers
for use by commercial, industrial and mutiple
dwelling establishments.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection 7.08.160 E. (Ordinance 2365 as
last amended to Ordinance 2392) is amended as follows:
E. ( 1) The rate for hauling detachable ((rear oael) )
containers for use by commercial, industrial and
multiple dwelling establishments shall be as follows:

Section 2. Subsection 7.08.160 G. (Ordinance 2365) of
the Kent City Code is amended as follows:

The customer may furnish his own detachable container
providing said container is compatible with the contractor's
equipment for collection.
Section 3. Subsection 7.08.160 I. of the Kent City Code
is amended as follows:
I. Delivery charges:

Drop Box $28.50
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
