ORDINANCE NO. A3>9
AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, relating to traffic
speeds upon certain streets within the City of
Kent; amending Sub -section 10.08.08 (45), of
the Kent City Code and adding a new Sub -section
10.08.08 ( 74 ) thereto.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. KCC 10.08.08 (45) is amended as follows:
"(45) Gowe Street from a point 100 feet
west of the intersection of Sixth
Avenue North to the intersection of
State Avenue ((30)) 25 MPH At all times."
Section 2. A new Subsection 74 is added to KCC 10.08.08
as follows:
"(74) Smith Street from the intersection
of 4th Avenue to the intersection
of Central Avenue 30 MPH At all times."
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
