ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending certain portions of
Section 2 of Ordinance 2163 relating to
traffic speeds upon certain public streets
of the City of Kent.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance 2163 of the City of
Kent, is hereby amended as follows:
A. Subsection 11 of Section 2 of Ordinance 2163
which reads as follows:

is hereby amended to read as follows:
"11. Russell Road from the inter-

B. Subsection 12 of Section 2 of Ordinance 2163
which reads as follows:

"12. Russell Road from the inter-
section of South 228th Street
to the intersection of South
196th Street 30 MPH At all times""
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"12. Russell Road from the inter-
section of South 212th Street
to the intersection of South
196th Street 30 MPH At all times"
C. Subsection 13 of Section 2 of Ordinance 2163

which reads as follows: j
"13. South 196th Street from the
intersection of Russell Road
to the intersection of West
Valley Highway (68th Ave.So.) 30 MPH At all times"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"13. South 196th Street from the inter-
section of West Valley Highway (68th
Avenue South) to a point 4215 west of
the intersection of West Valley
Highway 35 MPH At all times"
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publicationas provided by law.
