(} AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, { Washington, amending Section 1 of Ordinance I 2285 by adding additional properties to those previously authorized for acquisition in con- demnation for the improvement and widening of j South 180th Street in the City of Kent. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO' HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: RPctinn 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 2285 is hereby a - mended by adding the following described properties to those pre- viously approved for acquisition in condemnation for the widenings of South 180th Street in the City of Kent. The interests to be acquired in each of the parcels hereinafter described is a slope t and is in addition to the fee interest pre - and drainage ease en viously described in Section 1 of Ordinance 2285: Parcel 49 through 57. (Parkland Industrial Associates) That portion of Block 1, Burlington Northern Norpac', Industrial District #1, Division #2, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of South 180th Street with the Westerly line of Lot 1, said plat; thence South 37056'10" West 8.99 feet, along said Westerly line to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing south 37056110" West 28.63 feet; thence South 88036137" East 1162.32 feet; thence North 1047122" East 17.60 feet; thence North 87058146" West 487.77 feet; thence North 88036137" West 657.56 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Contains an area of 25,215.9 Square Feet or 0.579 Acres, M/L Slope and drainage easement. Parcel 60.(Talley Corporation) Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., King County, Washington, with the South line of South 180th Street; thence South 2°02153" West 16.50 feet, along said East line; thence North 88136'37" West 1189.22 feet, to the Northeasterly line of 80th Place South; thence along said Northeasterly line, North 48116' 30" West 27.26 feet; thence North 22°11'16°' East 2.52 feet; thence South 88036137" East 908.14 feet to a point on the said South line; thence South 87056140" East 301.17 feet, along said South line to beginning. i' Contains an area of 23,489.25 Square Feet or 0.539 !, Acres, M/L Slope and drainage easement. Parcel 64 (Northfield) Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., King County, Washington; thence South 2°03121" West 30 feet, along the West line of said subdivision, to the intersection with the South line of South 180th Street; thence continuing South 2°03121" West 4.36 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 2°03121" West 10 feet; thence South 88°36137" East 200.26 feet; thence North 1°02112" East 10 feet; thence North 88036137" West 200 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Contains an area of 2001.67 Square Feet, or 0.046 Acres M/L Slope and drainage easement® Parcel 65 (Orillia Industrial District Associates) Beginning at a point on the South line of South 180t� Street, 200.00 feet East of the West line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section; thence South 1002112" West 5.97 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 1002112" West 10 feet; thence South 88036137" East, 384.83 feet; thence North 0055144" East 10 feet; thence North 88036137" West 384.81 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
