AN ORDINANCE of the City of^Kent,
`p *Washington,
vacating the Rosauer Short Plat
within the
City of Kent.
WHEREAS, a proper application was filed for the vaca-
tion of a short plat within the City of Kent, and
WHEREAS, thereafter, the Kent City Council did by res-
olution fix the time when said petition would be heard and deter-
mined by the Kent City Council, to wit: Monday, April 6, 1981 at
8 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the
City of Kent, and
WHEREAS, after passage of said resolution the Clerk of
the City of Kent gave twenty days notice of the pendency of said
petition in the manner provided by law; said notice containing the
information required therein by laws of the State of Washington
and the ordinances of the City of Kent, and
WHEREAS, the Kent Planning Director processed said
petition and secured the technical facts pertinent to the question
of said vacation which includes a sketch of the proposed vacation
and also written approval or rejection thereof by the Water, Sewer
and Street Departments of the City of Kent; and
WHEREAS, the hearing of said petition was held in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, City of Kent, at 8 p.m. on the
6th day of April, 1981 and it appearing that the granting of the
petition for vacation of said short plat would not be a menace or
inconvenience to the traveling public or to any other persons
using streets and alleys in the City of Kent, Washington, NOW,
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That certain short plat known asp�the
