O AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, repealing Section 5 of Ordi-
/ 4- nance 2264 and renumbering the remaining
(p sections thereof.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 5 of Ordinance 2264 entitled
"Section 5. Deferred Payment" be and the same hereby is repealed.
Section 2. Sections 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Ordinance 2264
be and the same hereby are numbered Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8 re-
spectively.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided
