ORDINANCE NO. r . THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance 2163 be and the same hereby is amended by adding the following new sub -sections thereto: �ifollows: Name of Street or Portions Affected Speed Limit fieri 64. 77th Avenue South from South 212th Street to South 206th Street. 35 MPH At all times 65. 76th Avenue South frcm South 206th Street to the cul-de-sac located at South 196th Street extended. 35 MPH At all times Section 2. Section 5 of Ordinance 2163 which reads as "Section 5. VIOLATIONS. Every person convicted of a vio ation of thig Ordinance shall be punished by a find of not more than Five Hundred ($500) Dollars." i !lis hereby amended to read as follows: l ! "Section 5. VIOLATIONS. Violation of any of the pro- visions of th s Ordinance shall be considered to e a traffic infraction and shall be punishable by a monitory amount that may be determined by statute, ordinance or court rule." Section 3.
