AN ORDINANCE of the City of
Kent, Washington, amending Section 1 of
Ordinance 2178 relating to the schedule
of fees for applications filed with the
Kent Planning Department.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 2178 which reads

follows:
"Section 1. There is hereby established the follow-
ig schedule of fees to be paid for applications filed with the
City of Kent Planning Department:
Rezones, General Variances,
Conditional Uses, Combining
Districts, Planned Unit De- $200 plus $10.00 per acre
velopments. or fraction thereof.
General Variances and
Sign Variances
Short Plats
Subdivisions
A. Preliminary
B. Final
Shoreline Permits

$250.00 plus $20.00 per lot
or per acre, whichever is
greater.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and
