ORDINANCE NO.
'�61 U AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, repealing Ordinance 2139.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 2139 of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, which created Local Improvement District 290 be and the
same hereby is repealed.. The reason for the repeal is that the
improvement contemplated by LID 290 was constructed as part of a
residential development and therefore LID financing was not re-
quired.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days after its passage, approval and publica-
tion as provided by law. ,
