AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending Ordinance 2205 by add-
' ing a new section thereto relating to in-
stallation charges for dumpsters and drop
boxes.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby added a new section to
Ordinance 2205 which shall be designated as Section K and which
shall read as follows:
j "K. Dumpsters and Drop Boxes -Installation Charge.
There is hereby imposed, in addition to pick-
up and rental charges for dumpsters and drop
boxes, the following installation charges:
Dumpsters (6 yards or less) $10.00
Drop Boxes (10yards and up ) $25.00
The installation charge is to be considered
a service fee and shall be subject to any
cost of living increase provision contained
in an contract between the Cit and its

garbage contractor.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
