AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to planning and
amending Section 3 of Ordinance 2164 as
previously amended by Ordinance 2192.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON,
DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance 2164 as amended
by Ordinance 2192 and which reads as follows:
"Section 3. Duration. Continued application
of the provisions of Section 2 beyond January
31, 1980 shall require further Council action
by Ordinance."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. Duration. Continued application
of the provisions of Section 2 beyond March
17, 1980 shall require further Council action
by Ordinance."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
