AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to speed limits amending
Section 10.08.0-7' of the Kent City Code to
increase the speed limit.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 10.08.097 of the Kent City Code is
amended as follows:

1500 feet West 42nd Avenue
1500 feet West Frager Road 30• 40 mph At all times
Section 2. Any act consistent with the authority and
prior to the effective date of this ordinance is hereby ratified
and confirmed.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
