AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to speed limits; adding
new Section 10.08.0-9-7 to the Kent City Code
relating to speed.-//(
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new Section 10.08.097 is added to the Kent
City Code as follows:
Name of street or
portions affected Speed limit When
10.08.0-91: On S. 212th (Orilla Rd.)
1500 feet west of 42nd
Avenue to 1500 feet
west of Frager Road 30 mph At all times
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall
take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
