V�kAN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
a ✓ Washington, relating to Parks and Recreation,
amending Kent City Code Section 2.30.200
(Ordinance 2567 ) by adding new Subsection
banning boats with internal combustion engines
on Lake Fenwick.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new Subsection -V-- is added to Kent City
Code 2.30.200, to ban motorboats on Lake Fenwick, as follows:

V. BAN OF MOTORBOATS ON LAKE FENWICK
It is unlawful to use or operate any boat with an
internal combustion engine on Lake Fenwick, except as necessary
for public employees and their agents or construction company
employees to perform their authorized duties.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as proviced by law.
