AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington, relating to utilities and utility embillings; amending Section 7.02.160 Kent City 04Code to remove a $5.00 delinquent fee, and to b( add a $10.00 fee for advisal of intent to shut off water by door hanging notice. THE CITY COUNCIL OF �i'HE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: iY Section 1. Section 7.02.160 Kent City Code is amended as follows: 7.02.160. DELINQUENT UTILITY BILLS. All utility bills are due and payable in the office of the City 'Treasurer within teni; days after the billing date appearing on the bill. Bills not paid' within twenty-one days of the billing date shall be considered delinquent; provided, that when the twenty-first day falls on a legal holiday, Saturday or Sunday, the first business day thereafter shall be considered the twenty-first day.
