AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to fire prevention;
amending Chapter 13.02.030(G), Kent City Code
(KCC) to amend penalty provisions.

HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 13.02.030(G), Kent City Code, is
amended as follows:
1,4 (G) Penalties. Any violation of the provisions of this
section shall be a traffic infraction punishable by a monetary
penalty of not more than two hundred ($200) dollars. The
recommended bail for such a violation shall be (-44444&e-^ 441E 4-)")
;I(r� twenty ($20) dollars plus state assessments and costs, when

Section Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
