AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to plats; releasing <
utility easements shown on the face of the c�a
original plat of Strain's First Addition tcfl;the�
City of Kent, recorded in Volume 65 of Plats,
Page 93, Records of King County, Washington.
WHEREAS, the City adopted Ordinance 2577 on September 3,
1985, whereby the vacation of Strain's First Addition has been set
aside; and
WHEREAS, owners of property within Strain's First
Addition have requested the release of utility easements dedicated
on the face of the Plat; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements are of no use or benefit
to the City and utility easements remain on the property within
the subject Plat; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Those certain utility easements, and no
others, as delineated on the face of the original plat of Strain's
First Addition to the City of Kent, as recorded in Volume 65 of
Plats, Page 93, Records of King County, Washington, be and the
same are hereby released.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
