Washington relating to the N. Central Street
improvements; amending Ordinance 2536, and
Exhibit A thereto, to add Parcel No. 78132-35
as additional property that the public
convenience, use and necessity demand for the
N. Central Avenue improvements.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 2536, and Exhibit A, attached
thereto and incorporated therein, is hereby amended to include
Parcel 78132-35, as set forth and described more particularly in
Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
Section 2. Section 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Ordinance 2536
are incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in their
entirety.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.

lying north of James Street.
