AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending the 1984 Budget by deleting
the classification of Data Processing Manager
and establishing the job classification of
Information Services Director; establishing a
salary range therefore.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Job Classification and Salary Schedule of'.
the 1984 Budget of the City of Kent is hereby amended to delete
the job classification of Data Processing Manager and to add the
new job classification of Information Services Director at salary
range 46. Unexpended and unallocated funds in the Central
Services Fund, Data Processing Division, are authorized for the
purposes set forth in this ordinance.
Section 2. Payment of salary authorized in Section 1,
above, and other acts consistent with the authority and prior to
the effective date of this ordinance are hereby ratified and
confirmed.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
