AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
CC 1 Washington, relating to streets and traffic
control, amending Kent City Code Chapter
10.06.160, relating to one-way streets
(Ordinances 1972, §4; 2085 and §4, 2427) .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON
i DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

r Section 1. Kent City Code 10.06.160 is amended as
follows:
10.06.160. ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS. Upon those
streets and parts of streets, and in those alleys
l hereinafter in this Section described, vehicular traffic
(shall move only in the indicated direction when signs
indicating the direction of traffic are erected and
jlmaintained at every intersection where movement in the
;;opposite direction is prohibited.
Name of Street or Alley Direction of Movement
1. Titus Street from South
Central Avenue to Scenic Way East
2. The alley between First and
Second from Titus to Gowe__
Street „South
Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are
;;declared to be separate and severable. The invalidity of
any portion of this ordinance shall not affect the
remainder, or the validity of its application to other
persons and circumstances.
Section 3. Any act consistent with the authority
and prior to the effective date of this ordinance is hereby
ratified and confirmed.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall
take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after
its passage, approval and pubicatio as provided by law.
