AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending the 1991 Budget for
adjustments made during 1991 and author-
izing an additional line of credit from
the General Fund to the Golf Complex and
Housing and Community Development to
cover expenditures.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 2. Authorization of a line of credit from the
General Fund to the Golf Complex Fund in an amount not to exceed
$700,000. Authorization of aline of credit from the General
Fund to the Housing and Community Development Fund in an amount
not to exceed $100,000. The funds will only be used as needed.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5)ays from and after its passage,
'approval and publication as prove ed law.
