AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending Ordinance 2952, which
approved and confirmed the assessments and
assessment roll of Local Improvement
District 331.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
(HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 2952 is amended to
read as follows:
Section 1. The assessments and the
assessment roll of Local Improvement
District No. 331 which has been created and
established for the purposes of the improve-
ment of S.E. 240th Street Improvement (108th
to 116th Ave. S.E.) be and the same is
hereby in all things and respects approved
and confirmed in the total amount of
(($174537417-61)) $360,417.61.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication by law.
Section 3. Any acts made consistent with the authority
and prior to the effective date of this ordinance are hereby
ratified and confirmed.
