Parcel A and B are fully described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth. Section 2. The approval of the Rezone is subject to the following condition: 1. Any subsequent change in the use of the proposed site shall be subject to a new traffic impact analysis to determine appropriate mitigation. Section 3. Effective Date.
