r AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, amending Section 1
of Ordinance No. 2667, pertaining to the
schedule of fees for applications filed with
the Kent Planning Department.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2667 is amended as
follows:
Section 1. There is hereby established the following
schedule of fees to be paid for applications filed with the City of
Kent Planning Department:

Rezones, Conditional Uses
Non Single Family Residential
Variances and Sign Variances
Single Family Residential Variances
Combining Districts, Planned Unit
Developments
Short Plats, Creating Up to 4 Lots
Short Plats, Creating Up to 9 Lots

Section 2. Severability. If any section, subsection,
paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is declared
unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Ratification. Any act consistent with the
authority and prior to the effective date of this ordinance is
hereby ratified and confirmed.

Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
