AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending the 1994 Budget for
adjustments made during 1994 and author-
izing an additional line of credit from
the General Fund to the Housing and
Community Development Fund to cover
expenditures.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
I HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The 1994 City budget is hereby amended to
include budget fund adjustments as follows:

p' Section 2. Authorization of a line of credit from the
General Fund to the Housing and Community Development Fund in an
amount not to exceed $200,000. The funds will only be used as
ineeded for interim financing to cover expenditures at year end
until funds are reimbursed.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
