AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending the 1995 Budget for
'1
adjustments made during 1995 and authorizing
an additional line of credit from the General
Fund to the Housing and Community Development
Fund (CDBG) to cover expenditures.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1995 City budget is hereby amended to
include budget fund adjustments as follows:

SECTION 2. Authorization of a line of credit from the
General Fund to the Housing and Community Development Fund (CDBG)
in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. The funds will only be
used as needed.
SECTION 3. Severability. If any section, sentence,
clause or phrase of this ordinance should be held to be invalid
or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such
invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity
or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or
phrase of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall
take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
