AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City
of Kent, Washington, amending Section 3.41.310 of the
Kent City Code relating to the amount held in the City's
petty cash account.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION]. Section 3.41.3 10 of the Kent City Code is hereby amended
I as follows:
Sec. 3.41.310. Amount.
The amount of the petty cash account shall not exceed one thousand €tee eight
hundred dollars ($1,800.00) and the finance manager is hereby authorized to
establish the account.
SECTION2. Severaty. If any one or more sections, sub -sections, orl
sentences of this Ordinance are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance and the same shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) 1
days after passage and publication as provided by law.
