RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kent, Washington,
that there be and there is hereby created a new fund to be called
the Street Fund, from which Fund shall be paid all warrents drawb
in payment of the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the streets
ofthe City and into which fund shall be placed all moneys derived
from Budget Estimates and Gasoline Tax Refunds and such other
funds as should rightfully be spent on the streets.
AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $1000.00 be trans-
fered from the Current Expense Fund to the Street Fund, this
amount being as much of the Budget Estimates as have been recei-
ved to date.
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that tha above and foregoing resolution
was passed by thB· City Council of the City of Kent, 'Washington,
at a gegular meeting thereof held in the Council Chambers, in the
City Hall, on the 3rd. Day of May, 1937.
