WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Kent an ordinance deelaring an emergency, making an
appropriation and providini tor the issuance of warrants tor the
Street Department of the said City;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk cause said ordinance and a notice ot th~
hearing thereon to be published in the Kent News-Journal a least
once before said hearing.
