1 Ti:'lHEREAS, under authority and direction of a Resoultion duly
2 passed by the City Council of the City of Kent, the City Treasure
3 has invested certain moneys from funds belonging to the Bond
4 Interest and Redemption Fund of said City in U.S.Savings Bonds,
5 Series G, and

Federal Reserve Bank or other authorized agency, and receive the
then cash value therefore.
AND BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED
That upon the receipt of the moneys for said bonds surrendered
the City Treasyrer shall deposit said moneys in a depository
authorized to hold municipal funds to the credit of theBond
Interest & Redemption Fund from which the investment was
originally made.
