17 IT IS TEEREPORE RESOLVED that Monday, the 19th. d.ay of Mq,' 1947,
at the hour of 8 o'clock P.M. is fixed as tbt time, and tu
18 Council Chambers in the Cit y Hall of the City of Kent is fixed
as the place for hearing on said petition, and all persons
19 interested are required then and. there to be present to state
their objections, if any they have, to the granting of said.
20 petition and the annexation of said property to the City of Kent.
21 IT IS. FURTHJ:!IR RESOLVED that the City Clerk give due and legal
notice of said hearing as required by law.
