WHERBAS, the owners of all of the property abutting upon that
certain alley running in a southeasterly lad northwesterly direoti n
in Block 7 of Washington Central IaproTement Oo~anr's Knob Hill
Addition to Kent haTe filed a petition with the Cit7 Olark of
the City of Xent, praying for the Taoation of all of said alley

WHERIAS, the portion of the alley sought to be Tacated is not
used ant b7 ita nature will not be used by the public,
~IS TDRDORB RESOLTED that Monday, the 7th. 4q of A:pril,' 1947,
at the hour of 8 o'clock P.K. is fixed as the time and the Council
Chambers in the City Hall of the Cit7 of X.Dt is fixed as the plac
for hearing said petition, and all persona interested are required
