WHEHEAS, the ('!leww) Council of the (~) of IU-td// --on

the period April 1, 1939 to March 31, 1941, under the items of Maintenance,
Construction and Overhead, and,
WHEREAS, it is found necessary to revise the setup under the above men-
tioned items;

1, That based upon estlinated receipts as aforesaid the following is pro-
posed as the items covering expenditures of said ~~ity~ from the City Street
Fund for the bienniun commencing April 1, 1939, and ending March 31, 1941::

2. That should such receipts exceed the estimate aforesaid, such excess
