WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the c·ty
of Kent an ordinance declaring an emergency, making an appropria-
tion,and providing for the issuance of warrants for capital
outlay for the Park Department of the City of Kent;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council in regular
meeting assembled:
That Monday, the 16th day of November, 1959, at 8:00 o'clock
P.M. is fixed as the time and the Council Chambers of the City
Hall of the City of Kent, is fixed as the place, for the public
hearing on said ordinance, and all persons desiring to be heard
thereon are required then and there to be present.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk cause said ordinance and a notice of the
hearing thereon to be published in the Kent News-Journal at least
once before said h~ing.
