RESOLUTION No. ~~
\1HEREAS, the City of Kent, a municipal corporation of the
State of washington, desires to transfer as a loan certain
money from the Garbage FUnd to the Library Maintenance and Opera-
tion FUnd; and
WHEREAS, said money 1~ to be borrowed by the Library Maintenance
.L and Operation Fund for the purpose of operating and maintaining
said library while receipt of tax funds is awaited;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Kent in regular meeting assembled that the City Clerk
and the City Treasurer of the City of Kent be authorized, em-
powered and instructed and they are hereby expressly authorized,
empowe~, empowered and instructed to transfer from the Garbage i
Fund to the Library Maintenance and Operation Fund the sum of
One-thousand($1,000.00) Dollars;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said City Clerk and the said
City Treasurer be authorized, empowered and instructed and
they are hereby expressly authorized, empowered and instructed
to transfer back to the Garbage Fund, from the Eibrary Maintenanc~
and Operation Fund, the moneys so borrowed, whenever there is
sufficient money in said latter fund to return the moneys
borrowed.
