RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY
OF A CONTRACT WITH PUGET SOUND POWER &
LIGHT COMPANY FOR FURNISHING

WHEREAS, PUGET SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY has
