Lots 3 to 16 inclusive, block 15, Yesler•s First Addition to Kent; 2. Lots 1 to 6 and 15 to 20 inclusive, block 6, Yesler•s First Addition to Kent; 3. Lots 1 to 15 inclusive, block 14, Yesler•s First Addition to Kent; 4. Lots 1 to 10 and 15 to 20 inclusive,block 5, Yesler•s First Addition to Kent; 5. Lots 3 to 34 inclusive,block 16, Washington Central Improvement Co's First Addition to Kent; 6. Lots 10 to 18 inclusive, block 15, Washington Central Improvement Co's First Addition to Kent; 7. Lots 1 to 6 and 17 to 22 inclusive, block 13, Washington Central Improvement Co's First Addition to Kent; 8. Lots 1 to 4 and 8 to 14 inclusive, block 11, Washington Central Improvement Co's First Addition to Kent; 9. Lots 1 to 6 and 17 to 22 inclusive, block 12, Washington Central Improvement Co's First Addition to Kent; 10. Lots 11 to 20 inclusive, block 7, Yester•s First Addition to Kent; 11. Lots 4 to 10 inclusive, block 13, Yesler•s First Addition to Kent; by the construction and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters and by the laying of bituminous roadway surfacing, and by the installation of a storm sewage system, in the streets and alleys abutting said property, and by doing such other work as may be necessary in connection thereto, all in accordance with plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and to be approved by the City Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons who may desire to be heard or to object to said improvement are hereby notified to appear ana present such objection at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers of of Kent, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., on the 1955, which time and place are hereby the_fiity Hall of the City Li 'V't.a.ay of J.J.. , \ fixed for the hearing on all matters relating to said improvement, and all objections thereto, and for determining a method for payment of the same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and the City Engineer are directed to submit to the City Council at or prior to said date and time all data and information required by law to be so submitted. 'I II 21 !l 28 II I' 29 ,I :I :l 30 ~! that the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property specifically benefitted thereby, and that it is the present intention of the Council to provide that said costs shall be borne by and assessed against said property in proportion to the length of frontage adjacent to said improvement.
