RESOLUTION NO. 3_3 r
WHEREAS, the owners of not less than 75% ,in value (a.ccording
o the assessed valua.tion for general taxation) of the land here-
na.fter described, he.ve petitioned the City Council of the City
f Kent to have sa.id described property annexed by the City of Kent
nd,
WHEREAS, said ~etition is accompanied by a plat which out-
ines the boundar~es of the property sought to be annexed, and
WHEREAS, the sa.id petition sets forth a description of the
roperty according to government legal sub4ivisions, and
WHEREAS, the property sought to be annexed is described as
follows, to-wit:
The west one-half of the west one-half of the north-
west quarter of the northeast quarter of section 19,
township 22 north, range 5 east, W.M., in King County,
State of 1.ofashington.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Tuesday, the 8th da.y of
September, 1953, is fixed aA the day, the hour of 8 o'clock p.m.
is fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers in the City Hall
of the City of Kent is fixed as the place for hearing on said
petition, and all persons interested are invited to aD-oear and
voice a-oproval or disapprovsl of the proposed annexstion of seid
pronerty to the City of Kent.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk give due and
legal notice of said hearing as required by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL in regular meeting assembled
this )rd day of August, 1953.
