A Resolution of the City of Kent directing the
transfer from the Contractor to the Surety of
the employment of the work under the contra.ct
of J tit 24, 1950, for inste.llation of sanitary_
sewers, Local Improvement District No. 229.
FHEREAS, the City of Kent heretofore rna.de and entered
·into a. contract with Roberts Compe.ny, Inc., dated 24 July, 1950, 5 .: for the improvement of certain streets and alleys in the City

:~ent of the work under said contrect of July 24, 1950, from
;rth:e Conr.ra.ctor to the Surety, '"'ontinental Ce.sual'ty '"'ompeny;
·! 2. •hat the employment of the work under said. Contract
:be forthwith transferred from the Contractor, Roberts Company,
![nc., to the Surety, ~ontinental Casualty Uompany, such transfer ~~o be effecti~e upon notice es provided in said contr&ct.
